He makes a good point. It's all what you are used to. The Amish folks around here manage without AC. We're not usually quite as hot as Big D, but we're are seriously humid.

Maybe I'm just getting old, but it seems like the girls can't wait to get their clothes off and go running around the stores and the restaurants.

I wear shades so I don't have to wear black eyes.

Exactly- the idea that anyone has a responsiblity to others re: the way they dress will get you laughed out of town.

I pity the poor pastors who have to try to enforce any common-sensical dress code for their churches.
